Application:

Automatic meat smoker is the key equipment of cooked meat products for meat processing. It has the function of drying, baking, smoking, steaming etc. The operation is very simple, convenient and reliable.

It suitable for a variety of products processing such as sausage, ham, chicken, duck and a variety of fish.


Characteristics:

1.Fully automatic electricity control, temperature and humidity curve can be seen.

2.Steam valve can control the steam flow with accurate temperature control,and the temperature tolerance of  whole oven is less than 2 Celsius.

3.The fan will keep the temperature equilibrium of the oven by rotating 3000r/min, 25m/s air speed.

4.Smoke generator unit by using smoke of wood grain, smoke is stable, color fastly, and enter smoke box body clean and health.

5. Machine has special systems to control temperature, humidity and time. PLC or normal electrical control and single or double door are available.


Smoking Oven  Structure:

Smoking chamber: All the components inside and outside are made of stainless steel, durable for corrosion resistance; meat processing in the chamber can be accomplished by setting technical parameters.

Heating system: It automatically generates steam to heat products directly and the steam output can be adjusted basing on the amount of products to be processed, but the pressure in the chamber should not be > 0.8 Mpa.

Air circulation system: Machine top is equipped with two speed electric fan, which helps the temperature consistency during processing products to ensure products quality after process.

Smoke system: There is a fuming plate inner the machine and the operator can adjust the time and smoke amount by the smoke switch button.

Electrical control system: Fully automatic electric/computer controlling and monitoring of processing food, easy and safe to operate.
